MedFlow Connect AI Caregiver Shift Alerts
MedFlow Connect AI sends SMS messages to caregivers and staff employed by agencies that use our platform. Messages are limited to shift availability notifications, schedule confirmations, and related workforce communications. Messages do not contain protected health information.
Message frequency varies based on shift availability at your agency.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
You can opt in to receive shift alerts by submitting your information on our caregiver sign-up page and checking the consent box, or by texting JOIN to 240-241-1071. Texting JOIN is available for caregivers and staff who do not have computer or internet access.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of employment.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
